This is THE BEST and will be in my future list if visiting Paris. The receptionist was polite and friendly. Easy to check in and check out. Indeed the hotel located neart Eiffel Tower and convinient store such as Carrefour and Franprix. The room is superb. Have mini fridge (for my room with mineral water and 2 cans soda for free) if you need water, just go downstairs and they provide a coffee machine and plain water (and sparkling as well). Most important, the room have air condition so its a must especially during summer season. The wifi also very fast. In conclusion. I'LL DEFINATELY stay this hotel in future. Thank you.

• The hotel has a very convenient location, making it easy to get around.
• Complimentary hot and cold drinks, along with biscuits, were a nice touch.
• The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
• The lobby décor added a festive Christmas feel, making the atmosphere cozy and welcoming.
• Front desk staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful.
• Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh orange juice and self-made waffles adding a delightful personal touch.
Downside: The nearby station is not step-free, so guests with heavy luggage should plan accordingly.

Hotel Tax of 70$ charged at check out. No notification pre reservation. Watch out! local taxi driver said it was too much. No where on res. stated this "Tax" pre registration.
