My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when our flight delayed our stay. They were very informative and provided us with a map and bus information to all the major attractions. It is a little further away from the touristy parts of Rome but we didn’t mind walking everywhere. The room was clean and the perfect size for us. We both highly recommend Hotel Des Epoques!

I had an excellent experience at Hotel Dos Époques for the amount that I paid. There are certainly more pros than cons and I will lay them out for anyone interested. Pros: 1. Central Location 2. Very Nice Staff 3. Clean Room 4. English Speaking Accomadation 5. Lunch Buffet Con: 1. Housekeeping only spoke Italian and would not accept that I did not. After having someone passing me translate, I found she was asking me to retrieve the dirty towels for her. I am not sure why I was asked to do this part of her job but I simply cooperated. 2. My room location was right by the housekeeping closet where all cleaning material is kept. This is the reason I suspect the room smelled particular upon entry. You become nose blind to it in time but it was abruptive when entering daily. Nothing else for me to report.

Staff very nice room was in need off a refurb Shower door didn't close properly Toilets wouldn't flush properly Shower wouldn't drain properly Fridge didn't work No tea or coffee with the tea cups and kettle which was a bit pointless putting it in room
