    Hi the kitchen staff and the front desk as well as the cleaning crew are very sweet and welcoming. Helpful and willing to make you comfortable. Location is cute .

    This hotel is brilliant! The front desk is 24 hours which was perfect for our 3am check out on the last night and also returning to our room after a full day out in Rome. The breakfast was nice with a selection of cakes, bread, meat, cereals, drinks and other things (but must be noted it was the same every day for the 3 days we ate). The staff serving breakfast were very accomodating and kind, my girlfriend was even complimented on her outfit which was really sweet and made her and therefore my day! The people at the front desk were always smiley and friendly, and gave tips when we arrived to maximise our time there. The location is perfect too, there are bus stops within 5 minutes of the hotel that takes you all around Rome (direct to places such as. the Colosseum and Vatican city) and I must praise the bus system in Rome, it is very convenient and you can just get on the bus and tap your card against a machine at the front or back of the bus which gives you 100 minutes of travel on any bus (and 1 train I think) for €1.50. Overall the hotel was great and had everything you need. The vibe of the hotel is very old authentic and grand, and whilst it can look a bit musty it was a very cool experience. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was air con too. I was a bit sceptical when booking the hotel based on the mixed reviews, but we personally didn't see where the complaints were coming from. For a cool experience in Rome, and for a reasonable price, this hotel went beyond our expectations. Thanks to all the amazing staff for making our stay as good as it was!

    Located more far from the main attractions.. but very easy to grt public Transportation when you understand it. The stuff great, really worm & kind Valufor money for sure

    They gave us a really weird room, you have to go through the emergency exit to a hall outside of the hotel to be there. There is a tiny window with no light in the room, and a weird random obnoxious noise. Breakfast is... meh. Staff is overall fine but a man that seemed to be the owner of the hotel knocked at our door at 11pm and say "No smoking ok? No smoking". Hm. The neighbourhood is nice though, not too far from transportation and with a lot of places intended for local people and not foreign tourists. If you get a good deal for this hotel, it's fully fine, it was clean, safe, but I was quite disappointed by the room and the amenities.
