Teresa the hotel manager was very warm and friendly and asked how she could help in amy way. Cristiana was in charge of the breakfast area. She went out of her way to allows make sure our needs were met and she always was very attentive to get our morning coffee or tea or whatever else we required from the kitchen. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay and we will definitely want to go back. The only small critics were our safe was not working and we reported it right away so one day we didn’t have access to it but the next day it was fixed. So all good. Also another critic which is no fault of the hotel staff but guests would get down really early and put their towels down on the chairs to reserve them and then leave for hours so other people couldn’t use them. Finally the walls are quite thin so you can hear everything. If you are a light sleeper this might bother you. For myself and my husband we were so tired from all our exploring of Sorrento that we fell sound asleep very quickly and didn't notice. Otherwise the place was perfect and we throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others. We definitely want to come back!! 😊

This hotel was excellent; room is nice and modern and clean. Staff are friendly and professional. Location is very close to the trainstation, so if you are arriving from Napoli by train like us it is very convenient to check in.
The only thing I would criticise is that it’s around a 5-7 min walk from the main town where all the good restaurants are. It’s also around a 15 min walk to the port if you want to visit Amalfi, positano etc. However all the other benefits of this hotel make up for this.
