Staff were friendly and helpful, room was fully renovated and clean. Good facilities, I also really liked having a bar fridge to keep some drinks cold! The heater worked reasonably well, we found the beds comfortable and it is accessible to several good restaurants, with a small supermarket across the road and a bigger one less than 10 mins walk. The area is generally quieter with some trams passing now and then, but is quite accessible to central Milan with public transport. Would stay again for sure!!

The staff was fantastic. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and I enjoyed engaging with them. It made it feel like they cared about you and your stay. My room was not as modern as the photos I saw and was quite small, but I think for the price and for other hotels in the area I cannot complain. The room was well heated and I slept comfortably. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of warm water. You had to leave your key at the front desk when you went out which was my first time staying in a place like that but they had staff at the desk 24hrs and they would see you coming, so I never had to wait at all.
