    room is veery clean and big enough, they cleaned the room everyday and refill water bottles for free if you took. Reception staff are also friendly and kind. 10 out of 10.

    Great location, I was able to use the subway and buses that were within walking distance. Amazing terrace! Beautiful view, delicious coffee. I’d especially recommend the almond foam latte on the menu, I can’t forget that special taste! The room was very small but the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was clean with nice shower water pressure. I like that the lobby had a mini face-care sample stand with various Korean brands for the guests to take and use. The staff wasn’t rude or anything but one of the male receptions had a poker face the whole time, a friendlier smiling face would’ve made a huge difference, but he was still helpful and fast with the check-in and check-out process. He also let me keep my suitcase in the lobby on my last day after I checked out which I appreciate. Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that they took my credit card information, like literally every single detail on the credit card, I’ve never had that happen before so it felt a bit sketchy and out of place. The art gallery was unfortunately closed when I visited. (July 2025). I was curious to see it, inshaAllah next time!

    I was very happy in this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was clean with fast running hot water. The location was perfect and the independent cafes and shops nearby were lovely to walk around. I will definitely be staying here again when I return. The reception staff were all so kind and friendly too!

    Good: Location located in the heart of Gangnam. Concierge was located in an artsy looking lobby. Rooms had this japandy vibe. Nice cafe with good view. Bad: Hotel is located up a hill. Those with heavy luggage will be in for a work out. Room also has good view but windows were tinted, so the view ended up being not ideal. Tints weren't dark enough to block out sunlight. They turn off the central a/c during cold weather. Staff only mentioned when we called concierge. Not really the hotel's fault but when we stayed, there happpened to be construction going on in a building bout 2 lots away and they start hammering at 7am sharp. So be prepared to bring your earphones or plugs.
