Four Points by Sheraton Seoul Gangnam

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. Every detail was thoughtfully handled by the hotel team, whose attentiveness made us feel genuinely at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was easily one of the best we’ve ever had, refined, abundant, and a perfect way to start each day. A particularly appreciated touch: even on days when we chose not to request room cleaning, fresh towels were automatically provided, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to comfort and service. We enjoyed every moment and would return without hesitation on our next trip.

I stayed for eight days in early April 2026 and it was fantastic. The staff were kind and helpful, my room was perfect - clean, well appointed, comfortable and warm or cool (as needed) and the location was ideal. I didn't eat in the restaurant or use the gym, but visited the bar for snacks and drinks several times, and used the laundry, both of which were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again when I return to Korea. Highly recommend.

A more extensive room service menu might have been nice but there are many food options close by.

The location was very convenient and easy to access. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. It was also very helpful that the reception desk was available 24/7.

Overall, the room was too small for a comfortable stay. The air conditioner was loud. The room was dusty, especially under the bed, as it did not appear to have been cleaned properly during our 7-night stay. There were open hangers provided instead of a closed wardrobe. No storage for luggage. In addition, traffic noise could be clearly heard inside the room.
