The receptionist was very rude, instead of helping she made everything worse. we had to find another place to stay even though we already paid for this hotel

Great place Close to station , lots of restaurants around to eat.Very clean

The location to the train station was great, we arrived late and night and being 2 females, didn't fancy walking too far alone, so the location was great. The member of staff who dealt with us was also really nice and welcoming. Sadly the room was not any of the ones pictured, and certainly didn't meet the standards suggested by the pictures. I think it was clean but it was hard to tell with how it had be decorated, very dark and in need of a refresh. The beds were comfortable enough and the air conditioning worked ok but the smell in the room was so severe and bordering on unbearable, we couldn't open the window due to the heat so had to smell it all night. I dont like to write anything negative about places I stay, but I wouldnt return here sadly or recommend to others just because of the way the room has such an overpowering smell and felt very grimey so overpriced becausenof that. It does have potential to be much better though.
