Came here for an overnight stop off in Sorrento with my son.
Staff were great and a great location if you want to be near the grand marina.

Where to I begin, upon booking a reservation, I verified that this hotel had a car park and although true, you must be driving a mini Cooper or a smart car to be able to access the car park. The hotel is located on a very very tight road wheres my 3 series bmw mirrors had to be pulled in for the vehicle to fit through the road leading to the hotel. This was absolutely distressful and a terrible way to start the stay. Once I lost 50 pounds of sweat and parked the vehicle, I was informed that the car park came at a cost of 30 euros wow. Okay. Mainfloor area is beautifully renovated which was what caused me to book this stay but thats as far as it goes. The direction of the pool and lawn chairs gives you a very limited access to sun. By 230 pm you're in the shade which was a let down.
The elevator looked make shift and big enough for 2 ppl. The carpets outside of the lobby were glued on top of each other and looked 30 years old. The rooms and halways smelled funny. The hotel was a catfish as based on its profile photo looks amazing yet once you take a deeper five its not worth the cost.

We recently stayed in Hotel Admiral in August for 4 nights, the hotel reception, restaurant/ bar and pool area are lovely. The pool has an exceptional view of the sea, there are a good number of beds but it can get busy and the pool loses all sun at around 3/3.30pm. The hall/ stairs are dated and could do with being updated.
The rooms are basic, we didn't spend much time in it so it wasn't a huge issue for us but if you like to spend alot of time in your room you may struggle. The rooms are also quite small. We only had two small carry on cases and we struggled for space. If you had large cases you may struggle.
The location is a little bit of a walk from the station or the ferry terminal but its a lovely place and lots of lovely little restaurants close by. You can get a taxi down or there is a local bus if you would struggle with the walk down/ up.
We enjoyed our stay here it was a lovely hotel in Sorrento for a very decent price!

Fantastic location . The views from our premier sea view balcony were breathtaking. The hotel.similar to many in sorrento, is quite old.. the rooms are a little dated but very clean with comfortable beds . The breakfast was superb with a number options.
The staff are pleasant , I would say that general the customer service is ok and is sufficient , there is a young girl on reception who is amazingly helpful and pleasant with it . Some of the other staff could take notice as she is what customer service should look like . Overall a lovely stay near to the marina , prepare for a tiring walk up to the main square
