    I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, the location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

    Nice, friendly staff waiting with a warm welcome. It was near the train station which was our main requirement. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Price was right.

    Great location & staff. Excellent check in/out. We didnt need to but we were offered luggage hold option after checkout which was a good help/facility if needed. Breakfast really disappointing choices and refill. Tiny TV, horrible shower flow and control, cheap toiletries (soap/shower gel/shampoo). Minimal AC control effectiveness. Smelling bedding/cushions. Overall not a great value for money. We should have had breakfast at one of many possibilities in the city centre and at about half the additional price we paid at the hotel.
