    The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and respectful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily return.

    Rooms where very small and hotel could do with a painting all round

    Booked double room. This was on ground floor. Very cold in there due to no heating whatsoever other than a small plug in fan heater which was really noisy. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired and mattress definitely not a luxurious memory foam as described on website. Also included in the listing is a restaurant, bar and breakfast served, all of which incorrect. There is no restaurant or bar. Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Staff barely grunted this morning on reception when I checked out. Also have not replied to my email regarding unsatisfactory booking. I have referred this also to Agoda but they are also have not actioned the misleading information

    The hotel has been closed for months. Luckily we found d another at a considerable amount more tho due to a concert being on and hotel prices inflated. Agoda chat has been great in obtaining a refund. Just need to wait for it now.
