    The staff were very friendly and helpful, they also speak English if you are worried about the language barrier. The common area was nice and clean! The location is a bit far from Sannomiya station but there is a lot to explore around that area!

    This is a good spot. Beds are comfy and clean. Common facilities are truly top notch, especially for Japan. Location is solid, especially if youre here for shinkaichi activities (I was not). Staff are incredibly welcoming and kind. Good spot. Would return.

    Suitable for those with small luggage or backpacker because you need to carry your luggage to upstairs your room. Water heater only for 5 minute so have to shower very fast especially in cold weather.
