    Location is good, close to train stations, bus, convenient stores and supermarket.

    We booked the place for a reasonably lower price, but it was worth it. The room is larger than typical Japanese hotels of that price range. There is also smart TV with Netflix. The Internet is a little slow though. All in all it was worth your money especially if you’re on a low budget.

    Very disappointing stay. The bathroom lobby was dirty on arrival setting the tone straight away. We incorrectly booked ourselves into a smoking room. I understand hotels may have policies about room changes, but the young staff member at reception showed no empathy and handled the situation unprofessionally. The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The doona covers had visible dirty marks and were not changed. Nights were noisy and people were even smoking in the laundry area. Overall, poor cleanliness, poor service and an uncomfortable environment. I would not recommend this hotel.
