    Room was spacious and well decorated. Very comfortable and quiet part of town that is near to Lee Gardens but away from the hustle and bustle. Onsen experience in the room was perfect to wash away all your weariness from Hatyai

    My stay at Hoshi Hotel was honestly one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During my stay, one of the days happened to be my birthday. To my surprise, the staff prepared a birthday cake, sang Happy Birthday, and shared their heartfelt wishes with me. It was such an unexpected gesture that truly touched my heart. Being away from home on my birthday can sometimes feel lonely, but because of their kindness and thoughtfulness, I felt genuinely cared for and celebrated. It is a memory I will cherish for a very long time. The room itself was incredibly spacious, spotless, and offered amazing value for the price. I especially loved the deep soaking bathtub that felt like having my own private onsen. The hotel even provided bath powder and tea, making it the perfect way to relax after a long day. The complimentary minibar was another lovely touch that made me feel so welcomed. The location was excellent within easy walking distance of many popular restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet at night, allowing me to enjoy deep, restful sleep. Most importantly, every single member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their smiles, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel more like a welcomed guest than just another customer.
