The staff was very accommodating and we had a Suite room, which was quite nice. The only thing I would suggest is to have a light over where one puts their luggage. Hard to see.

The Holiday Inn Waukegan exceeded our expectations. Walmart, Marshalls, Aldi and several other restaurants were accessible by walking. Our room was the same as pictured in agoda with a microwave and a larger ref. Bathroom was well stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There was daily cleaning.
Breakfast was also tasty and filling. The staff especially Ms Ann, Tanya and Alberto were always ready to answer our questions. Ms Ann in particular provided excellent customer service. She was exceptional in helping us when we wanted to rent a car, when we decided to just get Uber and with so many other little things like recommendations for places to visit, Amazon deliveries and luggage storage. Thank you so much for taking care of us. We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Waukegan.
