    This place was lovely, an our stay was made even better by the kind and welcoming lady who showed us to our room. We checked in at 11pm after having issues with another accommodation that we were supposed to be staying in. This place was exactly what we needed after a stressful journey from Cao Bang to Hanoi. Definitely recommend!

    Easy check in and out! We got there super late at night and left early in the morning. The whole process was super easy!

    The owner is very kind. Our room as well as the bathroom were quite spacious, but unfortunately there was a strong moldy smell. We opened the window, but then you need to deal with mosquitoes, because there is no net in the window. Great location otherwise.

    The staff was welcoming, friendly, and easy to communicate with; she speaks English. The slippers have foul odor. No toothbrush, toothpaste, tissue restock, mineral bottle, so we have to buy outside. The room where we stayed in was okay, it’s an old building but still okay.
