    Very dirty so many cockroaches and insect inside the room. The flush was not working in the bathroom no hot water but the outdoor view was nice no cleanliness at all

    One of the biggest disappointments was discovering that the booking was spread across two adjacent properties\. This was not clearly communicated during the booking process, and we had expected a single, consistent property\. While one building was well\-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, the other appeared considerably older, with visible signs of wear and tear\. Cleanliness is an area that requires immediate attention\. The bathrooms had a strong unpleasant odour and noticeable mould, which significantly impacted the overall experience\. The common areas also did not appear to be maintained to an acceptable standard\. Access to the rooms was another concern\. The entryways were narrow and poorly lit, making it inconvenient, especially for families travelling with young children or senior citizens\. The amenities were also disappointing\. The swimming pool appeared to have been neglected for quite some time—it was visibly unclean and had an unpleasant smell, making it unusable during our stay\. Overall, the facilities did not meet the expectations set by the property’s listing\. The rooms themselves felt outdated\. Basic conveniences such as charging points near the bedside were missing, the lighting was inadequate, and the beds showed clear signs of age and could be more comfortable\. On a positive note, the staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay more pleasant\. The biggest highlight of the property is undoubtedly its location\. The rooms offer beautiful views overlooking the tea gardens and surrounding mountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere that is the property’s strongest selling point\. With better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and greater transparency during the booking process, this property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.
