Very good! Been there for the dragon boat festival, the hotel just in few steps distance to the river, super convenience!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to most attractions, restaurants, and amenities, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. However, the service experience was disappointing. The property advertises express check-in, but our check-in was far from smooth. There seemed to be confusion regarding the room key, and three different staff members were involved before the issue was resolved. They were also unsure about the blue access tag needed to enter the building at night. I understand that the hotel is often fully booked, but that should not come at the expense of customer service. For example, I requested a simple plastic bag for our laundry. The staff member asked whether it was for sanitary pads, and after I explained that any ordinary plastic bag would do, I was told they had none available. Considering that the hotel uses plastic liners in its rubbish bins, this response felt unhelpful. Parking assistance was also lacking. When we asked where to park our motorcycle, we were simply told that most spaces were full and that we might receive a parking ticket. In many other hotels with similar occupancy levels, staff have been much more proactive in helping guests find suitable parking options. Overall, the excellent location is the main reason to stay here. If convenience is your priority and you do not mind a lack of attention to guest service, the hotel may still be a suitable choice.
