Little gem in Lamai. Great location with easy access to the beach. Room has everything you need, with a comfy bed, wardrobe, fast wifi and spacious bathroom. Love the pool and staff.

Very disappointing. The hotel is old and run-down, the towels were stained, the room smelled musty, and there were lots of mosquitoes inside. Even worse, there were exposed wires/cables in the wet area and shower - definitely not something I would expect from a hotel. Despite all these issues, there was no support whatsoever. No reception on duty on site, nobody reachable, and no one willing or able to help. I decided not to stay overnight and checked out immediately, moving to another hotel instead. Be warned: the pictures on Agoda are highly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The only positive is the location, close to Lamai Beach, the shopping street, restaurants and other amenities. Would not recommend.
