Very good hotel. A great value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has very nice view. We’ll definitely comeback. 💯 recommend

I’m sad to share that this place was a miss. I booked it hoping for a nice reprieve from the city, but unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. Firstly, the name is very similar to an existing eco-lodge right by Hang Mua Cave, but this property is actually much farther north, past Hang Mua, in a very remote area. Getting there involves gravel roads that are quite bumpy and, after rainfall, can become heavily flooded. The property is brand new, so there is still active construction happening on-site. While the pool looks beautiful, there was no filtration system running during my stay, so it was essentially a large bath filled with insects and completely unusable. Communication was also a challenge. The staff speak very little English, and in some cases none at all, which makes it difficult for non-Vietnamese guests to understand how things work or communicate requests. The hotel also feels very much like it is still in its ramp-up phase. Food and drink service was slow, there were very few guests, and the property had an eerie, deserted atmosphere. I often had to find and flag down staff just to order food or drinks. Breakfast was extremely sparse, and the spring rolls I ordered on the side were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Vietnam. This was particularly disappointing because there aren’t really any restaurants in the surrounding area, so you’re largely dependent on the hotel for food. At 2 million VND per night, which is more than I paid for a 4-star hotel in Hanoi that included a full breakfast buffet, I unfortunately don’t feel this property offers good value for the price or level of service. To make matters worse, the hotel informed me at the last minute that they don’t accept card payments—only cash or bank transfer—so I had no way to pay for additional food or other extras. The pros I can honestly give are that the property is brand new, the room was clean, and it was relatively quiet (aside from the minor construction), with beautiful natural surroundings. All in all, this was a really disappointing experience. I would recommend staying in Tam Coc instead, where you can find better hospitality and a more convenient overall experience for a fraction of the price.

We booked a last minute booking for Hang Mua Ecolodge Ninh Hoa, didn't expect much for a short family holiday, but had the best time there. Friendly staff, clean room, and good food. The pool with mointain view is definitely a great perk, highly recommend for a stay immerse in nature in Ninh Binh. Can't wait to visit again.

The roads from all sides reaching the hotel were flooded due to heavy rain. Easily 20cm. Without an SUV, no chance. Also, electric outage in our room every minute. Very annoying and dangerous to some extent.
