    Near in the city and staff were friendly and helpful.

    Upon arrival the staff (who were not in uniform or well presented) didn't have our booking. Rather than trusting the booking confirmation I showed them, the staff made us wait so that they could make some phone calls. After roughly 10 minutes we finally checked into our room, which was not the room we booked (Standard instead of Twin) which also had a cockroach in it.

    Upon arrival the staff (who were not in uniform or well presented) didn't have our booking again - a repeat of 2 nights prior. Rather than trusting the booking confirmation I showed them, the staff made us wait so that they could make some phone calls. We were finally checked into our room, which they offered as a Double bed but this wasn't what we booked. After getting the Twin beds we booked the toilet wouldn't flush and sockets didn't work. Would recommend travellers find alternative accommodation until they improve their amenities.

    The cr/br’s ceiling is open and bare thus making the room smell like the cr. You’re literally sleeping in a big CR with bed. Musky, urine, coffee smell. Outdated facilities. Towels stained. I know that you should manage expectation if you got things cheap, but we tried others in the same price range but they were decent enough to sleep.
