Our stay at Greenwood Hotel in Yercaud was absolutely wonderful and deserves a 100% rating! The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the dinner we ordered at night was equally tasty and satisfying. The hotel provides 24/7 hot water, which was very convenient. The availability of an inverter was also a great advantage during power interruptions. The location was excellent, offering a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Best of all, the hotel is budget-friendly and offers excellent value for money. Every detail was well taken care of, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yercaud, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Room was great for couples and solo. The one which we booked doesnot have the outside views. Inside room has good space and cleanliness. Toiletries provided with beddings. Overall good experience.

We visited this place recently. We booked 3 rooms. All the room toilets seats hinges are broken. They don't stay in place. We had to move rooms later because of this issue.
The staff are helpful. But not the restaurant staff. The restaurant is located in basement. Only steps are there so we had elderly people with us and we had to go and collect food for them as the restaurant staffs don't deliver to the room. The hospitality of restaurant staff in particular is the worst I have seen. Food is absolute crap. They close the restaurant as and when they choose. When there is no crowd they just close it and disappear. No Swiggy or Zomato service this location.
If you stay here make sure to eat outside. Only fit for young travellers. Not for Family.
The reception staff were helpful.
But a absolute NO NO for the restaurant. Don't go anywhere near it.
