    I had the worst stay at this hotel, and I honestly couldn’t wait to leave. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill. The room wasn’t clean, and there were issues with the air conditioning that made it uncomfortable. I tried to reach out to the front desk for help, but the staff seemed uninterested in resolving my concerns. The noise from the hallway was constant, making it hard to get any rest. Overall, I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

    We were a group of two families and had booked two premium ac rooms well in advance and had paid full amount online during booking itself. But unfortunately when we reached the hotel around 8.30 pm,the rooms allotted (***initially later changed to ***and ***on 3ird floor) were earmarked for maintenance and not used for guests for long as per the staff.They not blocked the rooms of type as per agoda . Both the rooms were utter shabby and no facilities , ie,ac,fan,gieser, though fitted, were not working. Bathrooms were totally ugly and commod was broken. Taps were chocked and health faucet leaking and water showering on upper body. Cobwebs all around on rooms and cieling. They don't have a complaint register. When contacted the owner, Mr Sarveswaran, before check in , his version was that " you can cancel the booking and search for another hotel if it doesn't suit " Think of the agony of that situation at night 9 pm, with a group with ladies and all reached after a long drive with an intention of having a relaxed and comfortable stay. More over,*** told our booked rooms were allotted to a marriage party. Kindly take up the issue and redress my grievance as I am a regular customer of AGODA.
