    I had booked this hotel on Arrival they said rooms were sold out, think of the situation when you are on a business trip and they say sorry rooms are sold out even when you had booked through Agoda and you have confirm booking

    Why would Agoda recommend such terrible places in the first place? The bed sheet, the pillow covers have not been cleaned for ages. The toilet, bathroom, and wash basin were not cleaned after multiple uses. The mat, the chairs are ages old with zero cleanliness. It's dirty every where. I won't ever book room thro agoda.

    In my room ac is worked instantly asked remote they brought after an hour. Asked TV remote they didn't even arrange it. Rooms are not as expected.I can only give hardly 2star.

    I had originally booked a room at Vinayaga Excellency, but at the last minute, we were asked to shift to their other property, Vinayaga Hotel. The reason given was a seepage problem at the original property. The alternative property also did not have any car parking facilities, and we were asked to park at the nearest railway station parking area or the next building, which was inconvenient. The next morning, we went for breakfast, which was included in our room tariff. However, the buffet was completely empty, with nothing available. The representative informed us that the breakfast was being prepared and would be arranged within 10 minutes. Despite waiting for more than 20 minutes, nothing was served, so we eventually checked out and had breakfast at another restaurant. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of ownership and responsiveness from the hotel staff. There was no one to properly address our concerns or take responsibility for the issues. Apart from the room and location, the overall facilities and service were average. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not consider booking this hotel again.
