    I booked a hotel stay through Agoda and paid extra for a room with breakfast included. However, the hotel did not provide any breakfast during my stay. I immediately reported the issue to Agoda, and they initially responded positively, promising to reimburse the breakfast cost after collecting all required details and even the breakfast receipt I submitted. But after waiting for over a month, Agoda completely changed their stance and refused to refund me. This was extremely disappointing and feels like a clear scam. They misled me with false promises, wasted my time, and failed to honor what I paid for. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through Agoda – especially when it comes to promised services like meals. Terrible experience and zero accountability.
