Communication with the hotel staff was easy through the website and they also were available through WhatsApp.
Bed was comfortable and clean.
Location was really good for those who don't mind walking a bit as it was cheaper around that area and easy access to Marmaray for travel.
The free breakfast was basic and delivered to the room whereas I had the impression that there would be a buffet.
There was a cigarette smell in the room and there is almost no sound proofing at all: I could hear the shower in the room next to mine.
The bathroom shower head didn't work either.
