At check out they charged my card on file although I had already paid Agoda. I phoned the same day and let them know as well as an email sent of the mistake. It has been 5 days and no correction.

We had a one night stay at the hotel while we visited the Columbia Icefields, it is in a great location, the staff were very helpful and the food was good, our only comment would be that we were unable to adjust the heating in our room and it was quite cold but when we mentioned it at the reception they were able to move us to another room that was more comfortable.

The hotel is actually located in the same building where we board the ice explorer. Good rest stop if you don’t wish to drive after exploring the glacier. The reception is small but cosy, with an amazing view of the glacier. Only issue is the carpark is rather far from the building and the luggage service ends at 6pm (I think). It is better to check in before that.

The phots on their website are deceiving. No bar, no cozy rock fireplace. You’re at their mercy. Very expensive for a one night stay just to do the ice field excursion.
Staff in the restaurant were fabulous!!
