    The room was clean, comfortable and even though there was no one at the reception when we checked in at 10pm we were helped by the staff on the phone. The location is beautiful, the only thing to note is that the AC is not included. Initially we thought it was a big deal and we wont be able to live without the ac but soon realised that it was not needed at all. The view from the balcony is crazy, the pricing is reasonable and the washrooms were good. I liked it overall and would come back to stay here.

    The facility itself was decent, but there was no physical staff to guide you through the check-in process, and the communication was even worse. I prepaid my stay and got an email saying that there was another resort fee I had to pay. When I contacted Agoda, they confirmed that I was paid up, and nothing else was required. When I get here, after the 4 pm check-in time, there were a few other couples trying to do the same thing, but the check-in desk was closed. A number was posted at the front door, and that was the only means to check in. After I called I was told that the extra balance was a "resort fee" and my check-in details wouldn't be shared with me until this amount was paid. If it weren't for other guests in the building, I wouldn't have known about how sensitive the keypad is to get in the room, or what the code was for the parking garage. On top of that, the parking garage door didn't work properly. I was trapped trying to get out. A worker stocking supplies showed me what to do in that situation. Overall, great place, but horrible communication.

    We stayed here for 3 nights in Aug - suite was spacious, comfortable and convenient. Kitchen was fully equipped which was great because we brought our own food. We looked directly out to the gondola, so the view was great. Staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The microwave gave up during our stay but was promptly replaced by the staff which was great. Will recommend a stay here!

    The room was very large. The location is very convenient if you’re using the ski resort. We were there in autumn. However I found the rooms outdated, the towels and bedding left something to be desired, very used and rough. The towels were stained. The shower drained slowly and the room was dusting and worn. The state really did not match the price
