Reasonable price. The rooms aren’t fancy but comfy bed & quiet rooms being so close to the highway. Went for a walk around the property & nice campground and also a cute chapel if wanting to get married there. They have cabins too. Would stay again.

Except wifi issues/access in the room we got, everything else deserves positive reviews

We arrived late night and the room key was available

We booked this hotel because the helirockies is just too close. We have a photoshoot /elopement and helicopter ride on that day. So we’re expecting to have the room cleaned so that we can change up to our wedding dresses & do make up and hairstyles. We arrived the hotel at around 5pm. I was greeted by the receptionist who didn’t even give a smile when I arrived and when I told her that i have a dog (small Bichon Frise) she told me, why didn’t you told me? I need to change your room!. She looked irritated and went straight towards outside to her coworker and i was just standing there confused. When she got back, she told me. The room isn’t ready yet. You need to wait. But since I need to get on my dress and change up, i insisted if they could check some other room for us because the only reason we booked there is for this reason. A guy stepped in the conversation, and suggested that they have on room to be cleaned yet, and i can go there for the meantime to dress up. Without any other choice i agreed. Got into that room dissatisfied cause the room is really filthy. With lots of dog hair on the ground and also smelly. Since i need to get changed. I actually accepted it. But i swear i was really mad and furious. That was the very first time i was treated like that, they don’t even have any treats for newlyweds or special occasions unlike what i usually get like wine whenever we check in with an occasion.. i tried to get my composure cause we will do photos on that day. And i want to be happy and i was also excited for the helicopter ride. But i swear, that disrespect really does make me feel bad that moment. I just don’t want to ruin that day you know. The helicopter ride was so fun and when we got inside our room, the place isn’t that clean actually. There isn’t any toilet paper left, they didn’t even change it to a new one. I also had a pimple / allergy after sleeping there. If not because of the heli ride. I will not ever go to this hotel. I am truly disappointed because of the hotel receptionist. She’s darked skinned lady. I don’t know if she’s African/Nigerian. That’s the only time i was disrespected and treated bad.
