    Stayed at GK Comforts and the experience was extremely disappointing. The facilities did not match what was advertised—especially the “mountain view room,” which in our case involved using a poorly maintained common washroom despite the premium price. Basic essentials were inadequate (1-litre water bottle and one plate of food for two adults, no proper toiletries). The check-in process was chaotic—we were assigned the wrong room and then left waiting nearly 3 hours without clear communication, including time in a room without power. Staff response felt dismissive rather than helpful, and overall service fell far below reasonable expectations. I would strongly recommend verifying all details before booking or considering other options.

    We used it for a night stay while transiting. We reached in the night and left in the morning. This is nice and cozy place which is newly made/renovated and the rooms are very big and good. Everything is neat and clean. However the downside is that the parking is not good. There seems to be a parking close by but seems insecure. We parked our car at the front but heard of some past incidents where cars were damaged. This kept us anxious throughout the night, however, all went well in the end. They can have a guard employed to keep eye on vehicles.
