We needed a one day stay prior to our early morning flight, so we took the budget option since the pictures looked fine for a simple stay. But the pictures were sadly misleading. The location is around 3.5 km from airport, you can go for the ground or first floor rooms, not the 2nd floor budget one. Plus no lift. Anyways got ir for some 800, but wrong pictures were shown. Also on Agoda the distance says 350m, which is wrong

The hotel’s map location on the listing is incorrect—it is actually around 6 km from the airport. I had also paid for breakfast but it was never served. Additionally, the blankets had a strong smell, there was no hot water for bathing, and the room had mosquitoes, which made it a very uncomfortable night.

Agoda should at least check the name of hotel appears on google map. Eventhough i am Indian i couldn't find this hotel by Google map and couldn't live in that hotel after making full payment. When i contacted owner of the hotel he spoke rudely and asked to contact Agoda. Total irresponsible behaviour and Agoda.

I had a confirmed booking for the 1st January' 2026, but the owner denied my booking saying because i was late so they sold my room which was booked for me, although I had clearly mentioned that i will be late for check-in. Finally after his very bad & rude behavior at dead of the knight at 12.17PM I had no option but to agree to his rudeness and pay cash Rs.2500 for a shabby small room. I WOULD CERTAINLY NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AND REQUEST A REFUND,... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ..
