    I booked Airport Southgate and at the very last moment the hotel informed me that a room was unavailable although the booking was done 5 weeks earlier. I was given alternate accommodation which was below my expectations. Instead of getting a full blown breakfast buffet during my stay, I was given a measly breakfast instead. Please take action against such cheats.

    They arrange our stay in different hotel .we stayed for 8hrs over there. At this price its very good

    Very disappointed with the stay. The room did not have a fridge, the AC was not working properly, the WiFi was not working, and the fan was making a lot of noise throughout the night. The wooden door and shelf fittings were broken, making the room feel poorly maintained. The TV was almost useless — only YouTube was working. No channels or OTT apps were functioning. The food experience was even worse. Even though I paid for breakfast, there were no proper options to choose from. They only provided a few selected items brought from outside. For dinner, they have a tie-up with another hotel, but the taste was extremely bad. If you have no other option, just go for curd rice. Overall, the maintenance, facilities, and food quality did not justify the amount charged. It’s better to have your meals outside the hotel.
