    Paid full money but given room without ac , reason was cos I checked in late and will check out early.I landed 1 am in bangalore and booked this hotel cos this hotel located near airport and my next flight was at 9am. However when I checked in the staff informed can be given non ac room cos I checked in late and will check out early and their policy is check in before 11pm. This is unacceptable when full amount was deducted. This hotel located close to airport not near tourist attraction where ppl will check in before 11pm. We traveller are looking for quick accommodation close to airport . If check in is not possible after 11 and only non ac room will be given , that should be stated in booking. Charging full amount and then denying room is unacceptable.

    Hello, I would like to bring a couple of concerns to your attention regarding our stay: 1. It is quite unusual that the hotel is charging for drinking water. Since the property is located away from town and there are no nearby shops, it becomes difficult to access water in urgent situations. Providing only two 500 ml bottles for two guests is not sufficient, and charging ₹15 for additional 500 ml bottles feels unreasonable. In most hotels, basic drinking water is provided complimentary. Kindly arrange adequate drinking water for us, especially considering the location. 2. The AC in our room is not cooling properly, which is making the stay uncomfortable. We request you to please check and fix this issue at the earliest or arrange an alternative room if needed. We hope for a quick resolution to these concerns. Thank you.
