    ​Agoda showed this property as being very close to the airport, but it actually took me 15 minutes to get there. Additionally, the location isn't great, and I felt quite uncomfortable walking outside at night. Staff was helpful, i forgot my charger and they couriered it to me next day

    Had booked this hotel for 2 nights. Approach road to the hotel was too bad. Reaching hotel reception and room felt like OYO rooms where people comes for some hours. I had booked from Agoda for family stay. I immediately asked reception guy to cancel the booking and refund for at least 1 night. Although we have not stayed even for that 1 night, we requested hotel and Agoda to intervene and help the refund process. Agoda didn't helped in getting refund even after multiple emails.
