We had a wonderful stay here. Just had the room which was massive, clean and comfortable. The best thing about the visit was the super helpful lady on reception. She was helpful and engaging. Gave me tips on the next stop San Diego where she used to live. She was such a pleasure to talk to.

This is about the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel. Always a clean and friendly environment and access to all things in the area.

Wonderful place to stay to explore Joshua Tree national park and close to the entrance. No in room amenities except fridge but microwave in lobby. No free coffee in the morning (which it should be) and that is my one 'come on' complaint

The place was actually nice, clean, and generally enjoyable. However, the plumbing failed, making it impossible to use the toilet or shower. Staff made us wait extensively and promised some remuneration. But at checkout, they said since we used Agoda, there was nothing they could do. They did offer us a bagel or a cup of coffee. But we drove away dirty from the previous days activities and unimpressed with our stay. Thumbs down. Staff was useless.
