    The hotel is very near to the tram station and walkable to shopping areas. The room is very spacious and cozy for 3 people. Very convenient to have a washer and a dryer in the room. Highly recommend!

    the suite was large with good enough sound insulation. The staff could communicate with fluent English. There are plenty of parking lots around the hotel. There was a lack of drinking water supply, convenient stores are within 3-4 min walk tho.

    We found the service given by Saho at fav KAGOSHIMA CHUO first rate. The rooms were a little tight for space in various areas. We felt beds took up too much of the main room but were comfortable. The apartment is situated very close to the city with good transport nearby if needed. Staff provide a nice small breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

    We found used q tips beside the bed and sock that were left by the previous customers at our room. We made the compliant to the staff and they only responded with cold treatment . Would not recommend anyone to stay.
