    Overall quite good just the location is a bit far from city so basically we can only choose restaurant inside the hotel for dinner. But the restaurant is actually very good!

    Very cozy environment, big size room with excellent sea view. Good onsen and many facilities. Only disappointed about the quality of dinner buffet, not much food choice.

    My husband and I booked 4 nights at this resort after reading great reviews. Upon checking in, we were advised that a lot of their facilities were closed due to renovations (something not stated when booking or in any of their correspondence confirmations). On top of that, the restaurants and room service was only available during breakfast and dinner hours, so we had to physically drive out to look for something to eat. Nothing close by except for a few convenience stores which were a 5-8 minute drive. If you didn’t have a car it would’ve been difficult to get anywhere as the whole complex was huge and not walkable. They did have bikes you could loan. The housekeeping service which had to be booked in advanced was only done every 2nd day IF you had consecutive nights booked and they didn’t do a great job cleaning. We did enjoy the private onsen 2 out of the 4 nights we were there. It was a great experience and well priced, however Upon checking out, there was a spa tax bill of *** added per night stayed even if the public baths were not used and on top of each bath booking. This wasn’t stated in any room /booking information . We also found that a lot of the staff couldn’t communicate too well in English too. The Italian restaurant Arco and Japanese teppanyaki restaurant Fukami on site were great !
