お風呂が、広くてゆったりしてきれいな庭を見ながら入る事ができ、泉質が良く肌がスベスベになった。

4人での宿泊でしたが、お部屋のソファスペースがもう少し広ければより快適だなと感じました。

The hotel itself is great. The room is well-equipped, the view is beautiful, and the hot tub on the balcony is amazing. There is plenty of parking and easy access to many points of interest in the area.

- The reception staff is very robotic and indifferent, and does not speak a word of English. The entire check-in process was done using Google Translate, which was very frustrating. We spent 3 nights there and no one asked us how our stay was; we felt completely ignored during our stay, unlike other hotels in Japan. - This is a hotel suited for half-board, but when we arrived they informed us that there are NO VEGETARIAN OPTIONS for any of the meals, so we stayed on a room-only basis. They didn't even try to help with that, except for one employee who eventually recommended a nearby place that serves vegetarian food. - Keep in mind not to arrive without a car, as there is no pedestrian access out of the hotel.

環境整潔，私湯溫泉湯令人滿意。

晚餐特別問是否有日式料理、櫃檯人員說只有一種西式料理、結果晚上用餐時很多客人都是用日式料理，我們卻只能夠吃西式料理、最主要是西式料理真的不怎麼樣。差別待遇令人不舒服。
