    Perfectly located close to port and all facilities (shops, restauants etc). Room anf hotel generally very clean. Staff are polite. Great!

    I stayed few times here, Id say Im a regular and I love it here, sitting at the heart of my hometown, good location and most specially thank you to the hospitable staff, they are incredibly consistent friendly. I must say it takes alot of effort to build a great team, I definitely will stay every now and then. Highly recommended! 👌

    I stayed at Fans Hotel yesterday overnight (June 15, 2025), and overall, the experience was okay in terms of cleanliness and general upkeep. However, I encountered a significant inconvenience during my stay that I feel needs to be addressed. On the morning of my departure, the hotel suddenly ran out of water. I had a scheduled trip back to Cebu at 1:00 PM, but I had to move it to 4:00 PM because there was no water supply. The water finally came back around 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, my colleague, who had an important meeting to catch in Cebu, had to leave without taking a bath or even being able to use the toilet due to the lack of water. When I asked the hotel staff about when the water would return, they were polite and friendly, but they couldn’t give a clear or definite answer. I even requested a pail of water just so I could use the toilet, and while they said they would provide one, it never arrived. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but it would have been helpful to receive timely updates or alternative solutions from the staff. I hope the management can look into this matter and take steps to improve the handling of such situations in the future. Thank you.
