    A very Serene and homely feel. Quiet and neat. Great staff too. Easy walking access to literally everything I needed. Il recommend it for its price any day.

    From The outside in the car park it doesn’t look great but once inside it changes. Nice welcome from the guy on reception helpful and offered me a coffee. The corridors are a bit dark but once in the room it was good. My room was a small double clean compact but ok for one person. Tea Coffee and a bottle of water all good .The shower room was great modern a good shower and soap and shower gels supplied. My only downside was £5 to park which was a bit much for a guest.

    We booked 2 rooms which my husband went to book us in to while my daughter and I went to the theatre. He couldn’t book in my daughter as she wasn’t present and then charged us £10 extra to book in after 11pm. While booking in we asked how much for a bottle of water and the man sold us a bottle for £1 but never said that there were complimentary bottles of water in the room. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable but the room was small and sweltering and VERY noisy, both in and outside the hotel. Found out that the reason it was so hot was because the heated towel rail was on as hot as it could be and there was no way to turn it down. And I found out when I backed into it in the very tiny shower room and burnt my bottom!
