9.6 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The location was perfect, centrally located between everything. We stayed the night before Macchu Picchu. The bar and restaurant were nice and the rooms were clean. The stay overall was good especially not knowing what to expect in Aguas Calientes as well as booking through a third party.

The food was terible . Vegeterians seem unwelcome. We were not Mađe aware that check out time is 10 am. We checked out at 11 am and we were charged 170 sol for one hour. Shocking and not acceptable.

Clean but some miscommunication led to our room not being clean and they didn’t resolve that. Nice stay and comfortable rooms in convenient downtown location where the action is.

Do yourself a favor and book literally any other cheaper 2 or 3 star hotel than this terrible 4 star hotel. Rooms have 0 sound proofing. You’ll hear the faintest whisper outside your room and have the worst sleep of your life.
There’s no bath soap provided and the pool / sauna / spa are always fully booked so basically this hotel has no amenities. The hotel offers no flip flops so goodluck, even though it’s mentioned on their website and is expected of a 4 star hotel.
The dinner service is extremely slow. We had to spend 1.5hr waiting for a basic 3 course dinner.
Staff is not the nicest either and they have weird policies. We were taking hotel’s towel to the hot spring nearby (avoid the hot spring btw) and a hotel’s staff comes running to stop us on the street from taking the towel, like what difference does it make if I use the towel off property or inside property, especially when your spa and pool are not available to use!!?
Pathetic hotel, avoid at all cost!
Don't miss out! Price and availability may change
