    Hotel is great, rooms are comfy, although if you want a double bed ask in advance as we ended up with two twins. Shower is great and staff are super helpful. One thing that would help is instructions from the train station for arriving guests as we went out of our way not realising there were other options to reach them much quicker, our route was up hill with suitcases so wasn’t ideal.

    Pros: room and lobby are nice, clean and well decorated. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very nice view on the river and quiet. Good location. Very good breakfast. Staff is doing its best. Cons: the staff barely speaks English, leading to misunderstandings and rudeness. The spa looks abandoned and not well maintained. There was garbage there and sleeping staff. No bathrobes in the room which I think is required for a 4 star certainly for the rate they take. This hotel is overpriced.
