The property is beautiful, the hotel is clean and spacious and lovely, but the care for the guests is absolutely not what you would expect from a five star hotel. The staff at reception lacks care and deflects issues rather than trying to make it right. I booked my travel through a third-party, but there was a question still of would you like an airport transfer – I put in all my flight information, and when I arrived at the airport, no one was there to pick me up. I brought this up at the reception, and they didn’t even apologize. They just said well it’s because you booked through a third-party, but then why is there even the option on the website when you book? In any case, they didn’t seem to care and didn’t apologize for the frustration. When departing, I asked if they do airport transfers and they said yes simply call and let them know what time the departure needs to be. I do that, and the next morning the car is 15 minutes late and it’s simply a Taxi that I need to pay for. I had no more cash, and they didn’t tell me that they were just calling a taxi for me, I could call myself an Uber if that was the case and been on time. Just not five star hotel service.

Booked a room through the front desk for a single night after a four night stay.
Arrived after a long day early start in Machu Picchu to travel back to Cusco for an early 5pm flight. Arrived for check in and they lost my booking and booked out all the rooms. This led to an hour wait for them to tell me so which further wasted time.

방이 조금 막 엄청 넓진 않은데 침대가 짱 넓어서 괜찮아요. 화장실에 온돌이예요. 조식도 짱맛나요!!
