Good clean rooms. Spacious. Good view of pyramids from rooftop . A bit difficult to find but I think it's just the area. Everyone involved was kind, professional and went the extra mile. Special mention to Ahmed for all his help

Rooftop is very nice,great view for the pyramids.
Breakfast is good,
room is clean and tidy.
Local family business,people are friendly.
Just hard to find the place,easy to lost but people are trying to help,you can find eventually.

Dear visitors and tourists, I advise you not to go to Hotel El Khalil Pyramids View in Giza, Egypt.This happened to us. From 24th to 26th December 2025 I booked two nights through Agoda.com, two weeks before departure, and the booking was paid in full from my bank account.
I had all the documentation and verification
But when we got to El Khalil
Pyramids View Inn, the hotel manager, named Adil, said that they did not receive any money from Agode.
This was despite the fact that the money had already been officially paid and there was a bank receipt. We showed them the .agoda documents , but they insisted that we pay again, because of this fraudulent situation, we were not willing to pay again, since we had no other liability. Unfortunately, the hotel owner and staff were very shameless to the point of threatening us. Unfortunately, this took us a day, to the point that we had to call the police to end it
This experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional and the guest was not treated well and put in a difficult mental state! Therefore, I officially warn all travelers to be very careful when booking at El Khalil View in El Sustani Pyramids, Giza, Cairo
