    Puas hati. Walaupun jauh skit dari pantai still berbaloi. Murah dr chalet lain area situ. Lagipun petang je boleh mandi2. Malam takde orang dah kat pantai. So ok la sekadar utk rehat, tidur.. Esok jalan2 pulak..

    Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money (Needs Urgent Maintenance) I booked Eastana Cherating hoping for a pleasant beach getaway, but my stay was thoroughly disappointing. Reading other recent reviews, it's clear that many guests are facing the exact same issues, and the management seriously needs to address them. What went wrong: Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues: The room was far from clean upon arrival. There was a noticeable musty smell, stained bedsheets, and sticky flooring. The bathroom felt neglected with weak water pressure and outdated fixtures. Facilities in Poor Condition: Basic amenities were either broken or barely functioning. The air conditioning took hours to cool the room, and the overall property feels run-down and badly in need of refurbishment. Service & Management: Staff at check-in were indifferent and unhelpful when issues were raised. Service felt slow, and there was little effort to resolve complaints during our stay. Value for Money: Considering the condition of the rooms and the poor maintenance, the price charged is simply not justified. Many other reviewers have pointed out the lack of upkeep and cleanliness, and unfortunately, my experience confirms those complaints. I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state until major improvements and proper renovations are made.
