    RCC is the best escape i've decided to stay.. the toilet a bit pack & room is not noise proof, but the scenery, hospitality & hotel food is the best.. hotel is near to the beach and have balcony.. i think i need to stay here more than 2 night, will come again soon !

    We had a wonderful stay at Royal Chulan Chalet Cherating. It's a beautiful place for a short getaway, with amazing views and very friendly staff. Even though we arrived late at midnight, they still gave us a warm welcome. One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer assistance with guests' luggage when checking in. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would be happy to return.

    **Comment 1 – Breakfast Selection** Overall, the hotel was comfortable, but I believe the breakfast selection could be improved. Considering the room rate and the hotel's 4-star rating, I expected a wider variety of food choices. The protein options were very limited, with only one hot protein dish and chicken slices available. A greater selection of breakfast items would significantly enhance the guest experience and better reflect the standards of a 4-star hotel. **Comment 2 – Privacy / Housekeeping** I was disappointed that the housekeeping staff entered my room despite the **"Do Not Disturb"** sign being displayed. This was not an isolated incident, as the same thing happened to my colleague's room as well. Guests place the **Do Not Disturb** sign for a reason, often because they leave personal belongings and valuables in the room and expect their privacy to be respected. The hotel should ensure that housekeeping staff strictly comply with the **Do Not Disturb** policy unless the guest has specifically requested service.
