    Hi SGODA Support, I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at Home 2 Hotel. Unfortunately, I had to check out earlier than planned due to cleanliness issues. The bed sheet provided in my room was not clean, and I did not feel comfortable continuing my stay. As a result, I checked out early this morning and moved to another hotel. As cleanliness is one of the most important factors when choosing accommodation, I was very disappointed with this experience. I would also like to kindly request a refund for the unused 1 night of my booking, as I was unable to continue my stay due to the cleanliness issue. I have attached photos for your reference. I hope you can investigate this matter with the hotel and consider my refund request. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.
