The Grand Floridian is a very nice, classic hotel. Beautiful lobby, decor, and very nice and clean standard room. I cant speak for the food in the restaurants but, the grab and go affordable options arent the best quality. Breakfast pastries were great!

Spent 3 nights here, booked water view, king room and requested a high floor. Didn’t get any even though we actually paid extra for the water view
Visited reception on shortly after arrival, late in the evening and were told someone will be in touch ( no response), contacted them by chat (no response) repeated this and told to go back to reception, did that, no one available so was promised that a “leader” would contact us, no one did!
None existent customer service!!
