I booked a king room at the resort as a guest of a wedding party (during spring break) thinking that it would be a building where we could congregate. I couldn't even tell you what building the other guests or wedding party were in. We started in a room at Movies. The bed was as hard as a rock. We hardly slept the night before the wedding and our backs hurt. there was mold in the shower and the shower head faced the shower curtain so the water sprayed under the curtain and onto the bathroom floor. When you stood under the shower the curtain was right in front of your face.
I contacted guest services because I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay and book somewhere else. They told me to contact Agoda. I did that and Agoda told me to check out immediately so they would cancel the other 2 nights.
Ultimately, they ended up upgrading us to another room. They wanted to charge another couple hundred $ but we weren't having it. For the price, this should have been a renovated room to begin with. We moved to the Music building. The room was better. The bed was a queen but it was more comfortable and it had a tub/shower combo.
It was basically no frills. I'm not sure if it was because of spring break because it was a madhouse. There was a long line to check in at 10PM. There are no carts to bring your luggage to your room so you have to make several trips from your vehicle to the room. I wouldn't stay here again.

To start DEI hire does not work, when staff barely speak English, unable to understand what is being said when asking a question. Signs not clearly visible at resort and MK park or no signs at all. Staff unable in giving directions from check desk to room check staff not having the information they should. Cost of drinks and other products at 204% mark up then be expected to use the cheapest of products. Some many more of simplest that are always skip or over looked trying to get the bigger faster.
