    Property is old, rooms are not clean, Ac was not working properly (making noise) , washroom was dirty , no towels. I dont recommend this property for anyone

    Terrible experience at Dia Airbnb. We booked this property because we had already visited this property two months back. That time we got the good room and with balcony and the price was also reasonable and the experience was good in January. But only one or two rooms are good, other rooms are terrible. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. Also the rooms are not clean, the bedsheets are not clean, the mattresses are not clean and the guy is very rude. The other guy is good, who is the night staff. He is very polite and humble. He tried to fix the AC, the AC was also not working. So we had to spend one hour to fix the AC but he was trying his best to fix it. Still, also he apologized to us for the inconvenience but the other guy was very rude. He was talking very rudely to us and he was not even refunding the amount. We had to leave the room at 1 o'clock at night and change to a different room. Very bad experience this time. So you should really maintain the property. we got the ground floor room with balcony, but the balcony door was not closing, the lock was broken, so we had to change the room. So he moved us to the first room, that room was also terrible, as shown in the pictures. Walls were very damaged and also the room was not clean, and also the AC in that room was not working. So we had to leave the hotel.
