Great Location and AC, but Poor Facilities and Maintenance — Needs Serious Improvement Rating: 2 / 5 The only real redeeming quality of this property is its location: it is just steps away from the main beach, making seaside access very convenient. Additionally, the air conditioning works effectively, and the room naturally stays quite cool even without the AC running. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was thoroughly disappointing due to poor maintenance and lack of basic hospitality: Night Access & Safety: The approach road leading to the hotel is terrible, poorly lit, and feels unsafe after dark. Sleeping Comfort: The bed was rock-hard and extremely uncomfortable; getting a restful night of sleep was virtually impossible. Plumbing & Cleanliness: There was no running water in the bathroom taps during our stay. The wardrobe/closet was dirty and unhygienic, making it unusable for clothes. Missing Amenities: The room lacked basic essentials. No towels, soaps, foot mats, or even a dustbin were provided. Repetitive Food Menu: The food offers zero variety. Every single day, breakfast was limited strictly to aloo paratha, and dinner was repeated identically as aloo sabji, dal, and plain white rice. Outdated Property: The entire hotel, including the furnishings and furniture, is dated, worn out, and urgently requires renovation. Unless management resolves the water supply issues, replaces the bedding, improves cleanliness, and upgrades the food service, it is very difficult to recommend staying here despite the prime beach proximity.
