    Value for price and near to the beach 10 steps walking to Anjuna and Vagator 10 mins plus you get breakfast dinner in valuable price best hotel staffs are very nice and polite ♥️

    “During my stay of 3 nights, I found the hotel’s location to be one of its biggest strengths. It is situated in a prime area near Juna Beach, with convenient access to nearby bars, laundry services, and two-wheeler rentals, which made the overall travel experience very comfortable. The AC rooms were also comfortable and well-suited for a relaxing stay. However, there are a few important areas that need immediate improvement. Staff coordination and room cleanliness require much more attention. It was difficult to find staff assistance whenever needed, and it appeared that only one staff member was managing around 17 rooms, which affected the overall service quality. Room service was not up to expectations, and the hospitality experience did not feel professionally managed. I would sincerely request the owner to consider increasing the staff and improving internal management. Additionally, the quality of breakfast and dinner should be maintained at a better standard. Since this property is located in such a prime location, maintaining service quality is extremely important for customer satisfaction and repeat visits. Overall, the location and external convenience services are excellent, but the internal operations, cleanliness, food quality, and guest service need significant improvement.”
